WHAT IS THE O.R.C.L.E. INITIATIVE?
The Opportunity for Returning Citizens to Land Employment Initiative was created as a resource to assist any man or woman with successfully reintegrating back into the community by offering ANYTHING they need to get back on their feet. Resume writing workshops, mental health counseling, transportation, job search help, clothing, interview skills, & even vocational training to establish a livable wage career in an industry surrounding their passions. We believe that everyone deserves another chance to build a healthy, happy, fulfilling life for themselves and their families.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A COMPUTER ?
While we are in the process of opening a computer lab at our facility, in the mean time we have access to plenty of free resource facilities that you can use for computer services, printing, emailing, job searches, etc.
WHAT ONLINE SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
In an attempt to organize ALL of the abundant resources available in Chatham County, we are working to build a platform where they can be accessed all in one place. We are also adding digital classrooms, financial resources, employment opportunities, and an online showroom for artwork postings, handmade crafts, and refinished/repurposed items.
WHAT IF I AM ON PAROLE/PROBATION ?
We will communicate directly with your assigned P.O. if necessary and ensure that any services you need work within your assigned guidelines.
HOW DO I SIGN UP ?
Click the contact link above or share our information with anyone who might need help returning home from prison. Once contact is made we schedule a free consultation to develop an individual success plan fit for each person’s unique needs.
DO YOU HAVE EMPLOYMENT OPENINGS ?
Our positions fill very quickly so it is best to contact us directly. If we don’t have any open positions we will communicate with our network of partners to find a company that does.
